The world is going through an immense change in the light of the recent emergence of the Coronavirus. Within a few months, we have been placed in an entirely unfamiliar setting, forced to find alternate ways in every aspect of living. From earning, running business, learning, even talking to one another we have had to modify our lives entirely. This is where Zoom stepped in. The online video conferencing software that became the savior to our needs. Zoom rescued individuals and businesses from their dilemma of surviving this frustrating time!

From schooling to family dinners even to weddings, Zoom has become the ultimate go to application. The pandemic of 2019 has rendered the world susceptible to finding substitute methods of human interaction. Working from home has become an imperative that has caused us to impede our boundaries and begin to gather online; and yes if you had to make a guess, the premium choice has been the teleconferencing platform Zoom. With the sudden onset of the Coronavirus, the need for virtual connection rose with unprecedented expectations. This change did bring up particular issues concerning the security, authenticity and reliability of the shift to these online platforms. People were apprehensive, businesses were scared to impulsively invest their time and capital but Zoom managed to win a place in its customers’ hearts. The application has been made free of cost for any individual with very few limitations (for instance the 40 minutes time cap on each call). This makes for a very desirable relationship with Zoom in the long run.

It is quite obvious to anyone why this happened. The design of the application speaks for itself! With an incredibly user friendly interface, Zoom has attracted people to make it their go-to program for any event occurring over video. Businesses in every field of work, all over the globe have acquired a soft spot for the platform which includes business communication giant avaya.com, online educational platforms such as villagesquare.io and even telecommunication organizations the likes of mitel.com. For people alike, the application is really easy to use. Your family and friends from faraway, even those who are not techy can comfortably use it to see and and talk to you within seconds. In an alarming situation, Zoom became the superhero. It managed to literally create connections at the click of a button! So maybe we can safely say Zoom wins the pandemic.
